How is decaf coffee made?
Our chemical-free decaf comes from a wide variety of origins but all experiencing the same decaffeinating process. Called Swiss Water decaf coffee, this process works through diffusion instead of osmosis utilizing elements of water, temperature, and time. A 4 step process consisting of cleaning and pre-soaking, extraction, carbon filtration and completion that removes caffeine from coffee beans. This maintains as many original coffee notes as possible, making the best decaf coffee.
